SHIPMENTS AND FOLLOW UP
The amount of shipping costs will be added to the total price of the purchase made. The customer must provide us with his/her shipping address in order to quote the best price for the shipping destination and the total amount of the order.
All orders will be packed properly for the purpose of protecting them during transport and ensuring that the customer receives it correctly. Our orders leave our workshop in perfect condition. If the customer detects any deterioration, he/she must inform the courier company at the same time that the order is delivered.
In order for the client to be able to correctly track your order, a communication will be sent to the provided email address and a tracking number by the courier company in charge of the transport will be provided.
European shipments takes arround 4 days and the rest of the world takes a week aproximate, if so required, by any contact means with GpVinyls, being conditioned to its final destination.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Orders can be canceled without any cost if the manufacturing process has not started after this time the order will be firm and cannot be returned or canceled the order. Returns can be made up to 7 days after receiving the product. Shipping expenses will be charged to the client. The purchase amount will not be refunded, but it may be used in another purchase. For custom work returns will not be accepted, except for justified ones or if they were our error.
All those returns that are derived from our error or from a defect in the product are excluded. In such case, GP Vinyls undertakes to exchange the defective product for a similar one. It will also take care of the return and shipping costs. In the event that the change cannot be made, the amount will be refunded.
